Sophia Logan-Barré’s drawings are linked to her passion for the natural world. In 2018 her artwork was selected as the representative image for the Endangered Art4Apes exhibition and chosen for the exhibition promotional t shirts. Currently Sophia is illustrating a young adult novel which will feature her detailed line drawings throughout.
Sophia spends much of her time keenly observing life in the woods of Maine and New Hampshire. She has a particular interest in birds, studying plumage and identifying individual calls and songs. Sophia’s personal work encompasses both reflections of what she observes in nature and her interest in fantasy and pure invention.
